Description
well I am in love with antique patterns all over again.. they are personally counted and checked out.. some are uncut or partly cut. some are grubby and some are not bad for their age.. , and around the time of the Deltor patterns I believe, could be late 1920s to early 1930s have several 1920s in this batch.. wear and age wear on pattern jacket.. size 14 and bust 32 inches, waist 27 inches and hip 35 inches and that probably is the old measuring 7 inches below natural waist. this sizing is the same era as the one I just listed.. this is the really old sizing.. all intact. lots of wear on pattern jacket... called misss house coat or dress.. purchased scarf.. house coat 9 pieces, dress 7 pieces.. suggest faille, silk, moire, taffeta, velvet, velveteen, silk or rayon crepe, satin, etc.. for A and A-1.. B use cotton prints, silk, rayon crepe, linen like cottons etc with rick rack or saw tooth trimming., this is just so beautiful to me.. very gracious and elegant.. COST 35 CENTS AT TIME OF ISSUE.. butterick 1166 Deltor. and would be circa late 20s to maybe the beginning of the 30s. will go as small packet insured but not traceable.. all pieces accounted for... paper pattern jacket is not in good condition...these have been in storage for a long time,, 1920, how does a pattern stay intact for almost 90 years.. and just about two wars too!!! these patterns are all checked personally by myself, and condition as noted; this pattern has age wear on the pattern jacket but is all intact, counted and all accounted for.. . love the drawing on the instructions.so vintage a dress, or housecoat Butterick circa 1920s to maybe 1930 a truly historic pattern, nice tissue, pattern jacket is not in good condition,,,
