Its trim lines make it suitable for a variety of fabrics. View A: Street length skirt. View B: Long length for evening. Note the skirt is slit near the hemline at the center front seam. Pattern pieces are NOT printed. only three pieces, all three pieces accounted for.. Butterick 4699 waist 26 inches, hip 35 inches, equal to size 14 of that day,, hip measurement is different than today's.. use linen, pique, ltwt wool etc. etc.. , tear on pattern jacket not perfect, lovely long pencil styled skirt.. and now have one in size 30 inches waist, hip 39 inches, cut and checked out ok all accounted for bit of wear, name on pattern jacket. only three pieces total. choose one sizing from menu, the 26 or the 30 inch waist pattern ..
