Description 1960's One-Piece Dress Simplicity 4650 Dress has lowered round neckline, slim skirt fitted at front waistline with gathers and has back zipper closing. V. 1 and 2 have short set-in sleeves. V. 1 skirt has fringe trim. V. 1 and 3 have self or purchased belts. V. 2 has self fabric tie belt. V. 3 is sleeveless and features self fabric ruffle trim. this dress reminds me of Barbie doll fashion and maybe the Barbie doll dresses of the mid 60s was fashioned after this very design.. wonderful nostalgic dress. Simplicity 4650 bit of wear, partly cut and checked out ok all accounted for.. use cottons, silks, linens, velvet, wools, silk linen, taffeta etc. dress up or down. this is a reall winner pattern. and in size 16, bust 36 inches, old sizing, waist 28, and hip 38 inches. zipper required.. belt optional and tailored shoulder pads optional.
