Butterick 4779; ca. 1968; Young Designer: Mary Quant - Misses’ One-Piece Pantdress. Empire style full pleated pantdress in evening or street length has scoop neckline front and back. Inset band with bias bow trim. Cut-away armholes.  used wikki picture bit of top edge wear, cut and checked out ok all accounted for size 12  bust 34 just when sizing changed over and would change again a few years later..   very 60s adorable dress pantdress pattern..  use soft fabrics, zipper.  WAIST 25.5 INCHES..
