Very full skirt in sheers or non sheer fabric has elastic waist and narrow hem. Skirt is above knee length or mid calf length. skirt in cottons, gauze, voile, chiffon, georgette etc. jiffy pattern simplicity 9559 nice pattern, overlock serger option. have two uncut one has a sticker rub bit of edge wear.
