Description Vogue Americana 2299; ca. 1970; Bill Blass - Misses' One-Piece Dress. Loose-fitting short sleeve A-line dress with bias collar and front zipper closing has side front and back inserts. Purchased scarf, chain and button trim. Featured in Vogue Pattern Book April/May 1970 nice dress anytime. vintage Bill blass pattern size 16, bust 38 inches, waist 29, hip 40 old sizing and sizing would change again shortly afterwards. this is the highest size range.. use crisp fabrics, linen, silk, double knit etc.. zipper.. preowned but not cut.
