MAGNIFICENT, PURE CLASS AND CLASSIC.. early 1980's VOGUE Paris Original Pattern # 2127 in a size 12 bust 34, waist 26 1/2 inches and hip 36 inches.. This is a CHRISTIAN DIOR Formal Dress with one shoulder strap heavily topstitched with Trapunto stitching. The long coat is also edged with Trapunto stitching. Vogue 2127.. dress,belt and coat.. dress with blouson bodice, semi fit through the bust and slightly flare gathered at waistline skirt. 7 inches below mid knee or floor length, front lapped with five rows of trapunto stitching forming front band effect, also five rows of trapunto stitching on bodice band at upper edge on one wide shoulder strap and on self belt.. Loose fit self lined coat 7 inches below mid knee or floor length has shoulder pads, wide neckband and front bands with five rows of trapunto stitching and center front opening (center fronts will not meet). Full length sleeves set into deep armhole have six rows of trapunto stitching at lower edge forming cuff effect... use soft fabrics, ltwt satin, charmeuse, tissue faille, crepe etc.. beautiful creation. uncut original folds. nice condition pattern, bit of a sticker rub on pattern jacket..
