2466 VOGUE 1970 CHRISTIAN DIOR ASYMMETRIC WRAP TIE DRESS PATTERN 16 38B INSTRUCTIONS MISSING

Vogue Paris Original 2466; ca. 1970; Christian Dior - Loose-fitting, slightly A-line dress in three lengths, has asymmetrical front closing with self or contrast band extending into tie belt. Belt holds in slight fullness at back above waistline. Wrist length sleeves have buttoned vents. Featured in Vogue Pattern Book February/March 1970, Vogue Pattern Fashion News February 1971, and in Vogue International Pattern Book February/March 1971 this is a lovely vintage pattern used wikki picture.. wear on pattern jacket. and instructions are missing.. page 1,2, instructions missing. great dress checked out it seems all accounted for. most of the tissue is not trimmed. pages 3,4, with diagram is enclosed. use soft fabrics jersey, challis, ltwt wool etc.. simplistic and classic dress.. misses one piece dress.. size 16 bust 38, waist 29, hip 40 inches, sizing would change within a year.
