Fitted top has collar, shoulder pads, princess seams, shaped peplum, tie ends and above elbow or long sleeves.. Flare skirt above ankle, waistband, back band, narrow hem.. use ltwt wool crepe, silkie broadcloth for top, skirt.. also cotton shirting for top.. satin back crepe and tissue faille for skirt.. 1987 nice pattern, cute top, very smart and shapely.. for the size 8 choose 8, also have one in size 10 partly cut and checked out ok nice pattern, and nice tissue.. bust 32.5, waist 25 inches, choose 10 in the menu thank you
