DKNY DONNA KARAN,  i have one size 12 to 16 all sizes intact, partly cut. checked out.  that one goes first  bust 34 to 38 inches...  I also have one last to go   SIZE 12 to 16 originally, CUT TO SIZE 14,, AND NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH THIS PATTERN, SOLD AS IS.. partly cut wee bit of wear.. A loose fit pullover A line self lined top.. B.C. very loose fit top has notched collar.. dropped shoulders, yoke with slightly forward shoulder seams, pockets and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with pleats, placket, button cuffs..B shoulder pads.. A line. C back pleats, side slits, narrow hem. use washed silkie fabric, tissue faille, crepe de chine, silkie broadcloth, cotton shirting... bonus overlock sewing tips.. 1990 . and rated easy too... bit of wear on pattern jacket. bust 34, 36 inches  I  NOW HAVE A SIZE  6-10  uncut  factory fold.  bit of wear   a nice pattern  and will combine  the two patterns together,   this uncut 6 to 10  bust 30.5 to 32.5 inches and the above pattern 12, 14 with no instructions  extra postage
