Skirt is pleated, side shaped slits, below mid-knee length, has below waist contour waistband extending into tie ends, contrast pockets at sides, facing at lower edge is fused in place with contrast upper facing stitched in place. Raw edges will fray creating fringes. NOTIONS: Skirt: One 1/2" Button, Hooks and Eyes. FABRICS: Top: Charmeuse and Tissue Faille. Contrast: ??????? Moderate Stretch Knits Only: Cotton Knit.
