Below waist, fitted taper skirt , above ankle length, elastic waistband and side front bands with slit... shoulder pads. for jacket: brocade and ltwt tweeds.. contrast 1 bands and contrast 2 reverse side of bands taffeta and crepe de chine.. Interfacing jacket of nylon fusible knit.. Skirt of two way stretch knits.. nylon lycra and cotton lycra... Alert: no provision made for above waist adjustment for the jacket.. 2002. hard to find awesome designed Issey Miyake jacket and skirt pattern.. this looks like a bit of Koos.. ,,, .., lovely design...
