No provision for above waist adjustment.. strt skirt below mid knee or taper pants have waistband , carriers, front darts and dart tucks, slanted pockets.. Skirt, bias carriers, back zip, vent.. pants mock fly zip. purchased top. bit of wear.. vogue 1661.. use ltwt woolens, serge, wool crepe and linen also lt wt melton for jacket.. nice ensemble.. only partly cut, some adjustment on tissue. and going to combine the size 10 with this size 12 uncut bit of a rub original folds nice pattern bit of wear, bust 34, waist 26 1/2 inches, both combined.. extra shipping due to weight. choose 10 for this sizing.. I have one also in size 8 partly cut checked out ok all accounted for bust 31.5 inches.. choose 8 thanks
