A Vogue American Designer Original designed in 1996 by Tom and Linda Platt. Mid knee or evening length misses dress has shoulder pads, loose fitting bodice, shaped, dropped waist overbodice with princess seams, straight skirt with pleated right front, back zipper and long sleeves. Vogue rates it as flattering for hourglass or pear shaped figures... use silkie crepe, tissue faille, ltwt wool crepe. 1996... bit of a rub on pattern jacket, sticker rub.. size 6 to 10 bust 30 1/2 to 32 1/2 inches, pretty sure I have other sizes in stock..Vogue 1708 uncut.. uncut original folds and easy too.. have one uncut with no instructions will include that free size 6 to 10 i HAVE 5 UNCUT new patterns in 6 to 10 choose small in the menu and 5 new ones in 12 to 16 bust 34 to 38 inches choose medium in the menu. and two new ones in 18 to 22 bust 40 to 44 inches choose large thank you
