Strt skirt five inches below mid knee length has front and back gathered into side button waistband, side button closing.. topstitching and edgestitching. purchased belt.. slim taper cuff pants have front tucked into front button waistband, mock fly front zip closing and side front slanted pockets. edgestitching. purchased belt.. loose fit blouse has bias notched collar. shoulder pads, front full ball button and bias loop closing and fronts pleated into shoulder seams. full length sleeves are pleated and gathered into cuffs with full ball button and bias loop closing, use soft or crisp fabrics etc.. vogue 2143 circa late 70s to 1980 on estimate..
