Description Vogue 3012 (1960s) Basic Proportioned Skirts. All around box pleated skirt. Slim gored skirt. Slightly flared skirt with or without center-front and center-back seams. Featured in Vogue Pattern Book December 1962/January 1963 and Vogue Pattern Book February/March 1963 very thick and heavy extra postage due to weight and thickness.. tear on the front and this pattern is uncut and folded. may have to go as parcel or small packet.. use linen, madras, pique,denim, flannel, tweed etc.. no zipper.. for short, or average 5 4 to 5 8, and tall 5 ft 9 inches and over. wonderful in any decade. this one is 28 inches waist, 38 inches hip.
