Description Vogue 4995 One piece dress and jacket Straight skirt joins the bodice at the waist-line. High or lower neck-line with buttoned back closing. Simulated flap pockets. Elbow length sleeves and sleeveless. Hip length box jacket with shaped collar has below elbow length and long kimono sleeves. Novelty belt. Fabrics: Shantung - Surah - Faille- Barathea - taffeta - silk suiting - wool crepe - flannel - sheer woolen - lt wt woolen - worsted - linen. THE PATTERN jacket is not here but the original tissue uncut and the instructions are included.. took a picture from the web.. for a dress and jacket. web says this is dated 1959.. this one is size 16, chart is not on the instructions. the old sizing before 1968... lovely dress and jacket as shown in picture... uncut no jacket.
