Description fine VOGUE PATTERN Vogue 8176 circa very early 70s, 1969 to about 1971 on estimation maybe newer sizing.. waist 24 inches, hip 34 1/2 inches.. looking at a modern size 8 which is waist 24 and hip 33 1/2 inches. so this sizing is different than the modern sizing.. go by the actual size of 24" waist.. use soft or crisp fabrics, knits, broadcloth, poplin, velveteen, lt and med wt wool.. zipper required for A and C. and buttons for others.. lovely skirt design even 40 years later..vogue 8176 wear on pattern jacket, original folds. great skirts vintage uncut A line skirt four inches above the knee, two inches below the knee or ankle length, waistband. with or without pleat variations, front button closings and topstitch trim. uncut circa 1969 to 1970 skirt no rating, cute, vogue 8176 uncut thick pattern
